| Valetine's Day isn't made up. It's just been corrupted a bit. It was originally in honor of Saint Valentine, a priest who secretly married couples because it was illegal at the time. So that's where the love part comes in. I dunno where the chocolate came into play. We give each other cards because Saint Valentine was captured and executed, but before he died, he sent a note to his lover saying "From Your Valentine". | |

| Honestly, I like Valentine's day when I have someone to share it with. Not because of the chocolate, presents, flowers, or nice dinner. I like the idea of spending time with someone I love, and Valentine's day is a good excuse to be clingy for a day.
I HATE having a significant other buy me things on Valentine's day, or at all in general, so just spending time with him/her would make the day a good one.
Also, Valentine's day sex may be cliché, but it's still cute. :3 | |
